Seam-by-seam inspection. Bed bugs hide in seams, piping, staple lines and frame joints — not out in the open. We strip every cushion, unzip every cover and inspect every crevice under bright light before a sofa ever leaves the pickup address.
We walk away from anything questionable. If a home shows any sign of an active infestation, we don't take the sofa — even if it looks spotless. It isn't worth the risk to you or to us.
Quarantine before listing. Accepted pieces are sealed, treated and held separately in our storage facility before they're photographed and listed.
